Vagus nerve information is SO interesting!! essentially “body hacks” that anyone can access to feel less anxious. The book contains cutting-edge research that is presented in a very digestable format; I especially appreciate how the author gives SPECIFIC tips to activate the Vagus nerve i.e. humming. I learned so much about various anti-anxiety treatments/chips from this work… BRAVO!!! 10/10
This book is a quick read. His tips are helpful and easy to implement. They can be free too so it’s worth trying.
I found this book very, very, useful. I knew about the Vagus Nerve, but not much about what it did and how it worked. The book was fascinating and explained just how powerful this nerve is and how important it is in keeping you healthy.
