Julie Hall is brilliant! Not only has she done the research but she has also personally experienced the excruciating pain of being raised in a narcissistic family. Some of her critics say she is not a “trained” therapist. She is so much more as she recognizes that the vast majority of therapists do not understand narcissism as a mental illness and how prevalent Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is in society. There has been limited research on NPD. It was initially going to be discontinued from the DSM. Ms. Hall recognizes the damage that NPD has on families and society as a whole. Her book is a treasure trove for those of us who suffered at the hands of a narcissist. Reading Ms. Hall’s book is astonishingly eye opening!
Truly captures the entire phenomenon of narcissism down to little known but true life experiences. This book was very supportive, healing and practical.

she has insight into narcissistic victim syndrome. narcissistic personality disorder . scapegoating family abuse and everything that surrounds understanding about the destruction that is the true evil in society called cluster b personality disorders .. Eric Fromm sociologist said it best Narcissistic personality disorder or malignant narcissism . is the quintessence of evil . there is not any crime that is sadistic cruel demeaning and demented that has not involved at the helm a cluster b disordered narcissistic predator . this book helps to understand that abusers activities and how to overcome and recover from the suffering of the disordered and being under their thumb .
especially as children . scapegoating child abuse does not stop in childhood or at some magic age when you turn 18 . the family abusers just switch to manipulating the legal system .. and the largest job title hiring narcissists and sociopaths are lawyers police and judges. the very persons that victims are told to turn to for help are flooded with the largest majority of persons lacking human empathy having no conscience and feeling sadistic pleasure in harming innocent lives and getting away with it .. there needs to be an overhauling of the justice system and throwing out every single person that has narcissism and sociopathy . they are unqualified to be able to do their jobs . if a job requires understanding honesty and integrity and we know that sociopaths and narcissists lack integrity lack honesty lack a conscience and enjoy manipulating and getting away with crimes . as a nation its high time we stop allowing these monsters to take over the justice system . behind closed doors just like in family systems that abuse victims .. judges lawyers and police and often goveeerment employees are the ones lacking any empathy or humanity thy are looking for the easiest ticket to getting life long funding of their lifesystel without having to do much work . its all down hill once they get into these jobs and its high time they get fired when its proven they do nothing but cause harm suffering injustice and they are being helped given immunity and nothing they do is able to get them fired . it is going to take awareness of the public to understand that one out of every ten person is lacking a conscience and they need to be given jobs waiting tables or digging ditches not being responsible to govern society where they tend to let real criminals walk free and give and dish out the cruelest sentences and life long traumas on innocent persons . if you dont belive that sociopaths enjoy hurting innocent people more than arresting the guilty . its because no police that is guilty wants to be arrested or help accountable so they go around trying to arrest as many innocent persona s they can and let real criminals walk free they are actually wanting to hurt as many innocent people and to damage to as many innocent lives as they can if you have 45 million persons in the country in government jobs and police positions lawyers and judges you can make damn sure that in the thousands of lives they effect each year by tearing down innocent lives trumping up false charges rewriting history and tearing families apart favoring the abusers in family courts you can bet that multiply a thousand people a year that one significant sociopath does massive damage multiply that by one in 10 persons that are actively out ruining the lives of anyone innocent they see and anyone they are envious of . then multiply that one thousand per year times 45 million times 30 years they are working in their field and you will see hundreds of thousands of persons each decade that are being torn down when they are innocent and the predators pedos , thieves liars r pists and abusers will begin to really take over the world.. there is nothing more evil than a judge a cop or anyone in a government position having a job title and they are narcissistic or sociopathic . even in their families they target and abuse one child for life throughout adulthood called scapegoating the other kids are taught to grow up and favor other bullies and predators and they raise the other kids to torment and find anyone innocent that is good kind and pure to inflict injustice harm blocking torment and sabotaging the lives of innocent people. that is one sick narcissist in their own family . they torment one child for life and they teach and prepare the other kids to be unleashed into society to find more victims and they favor others in society that are tormenters liars schemers abusers and they leech off of society and contribute nothing . that is why they are all leeching off of government jobs . they dont have any ingenuity and they want to be taken care of by taxpayers for life they want to work for a couple of decades and collect a pension for fifty more years .. they collect a pension for more than twice the amount of time they worked and while they work the narcissistic sociopath inflicts trauma and false charges and harm into society because they favor bullies and predators and harm innocent hard working people.. they favor the predators like they are . and this is happening in the tens of millions .. soon enough the massive majority of persons alive will be only narcissist and sociopaths and a small small amount left on the planet will be honest God loving decent people.. its evidence the end times are really upon us .. but it starts in the hearts of men and women that turn against the innocent helping kind decent human beings that want to make the world a decent thriving genuine heaven on earth . while competing against the growing majority that feeds off of hurting innocent lives and making it a hell on earth . It truly is the epitome of what evil is . it’s called narcissistic personality disorder but it’s in truth it’s the epitome of what true evil is in a person and it’s growing each year .. every year there is more and more accepted into society sneaking behind persons backs and not letting their true nature to be shown unless its to their victims or other predators and disordered monsters ike they are .. so yes if you need help its high time for everyone to read and find out what its like to have one of these monsters at the helm of a relationship and what damage they are capable of .
Well-written with sufficient data to back up writing. Will make determining the narcissist in your life, and perhaps yourself, very easy. I didn’t know I was one until I read this book. With this awareness, I can overrule the tendencies when they become obvious. That is a valuable service. One could, theoretically put this forcefully into the hands of a narcissist and if they read it for that purpose, they would prosper.
