There are many great resources for helping students prepare to live independently.
I have loved all of Lisa’s books!! Well done, layout is great, super helpful for homework with clients in therapy sessions, and to work on items at home. Lisa has a way of clearly explaining items in her books without making it to boring or complicated along with having a creative way to implement the technique with all ages. You won’t regret this purchase or any of her other books…so glad to have this! I hope she continues to write more books for young adults, and other audiences too. I would love a book of theirs on grief work for teens.
This is a wonderful practical resource for clinicians, teens, young adults & their parents. It provides easy to use worksheets for developing skills and tracking progress over time. Use select worksheets from each chapter or go through the book sequentially chapter by chapter – how its used depends on the reader’s individual needs. I highly recommend this book!
This is another excellent book from Lisa! This is a great resource for therapists, educators, parents and others. I would recommend buying this book and all of her other books.
A great tool for psychologists and counselors working with upper middle and high school students.
