So far I love how she can relate to us through her trauma and help me with my trauma as my coach recommends this book for her trauma victims. Again I have a coach and just got some therapy for myself started along with this book and my depression meds and plant based supplements so I’m doing a few things with this book to help me heal from trauma and pain from the past. If you suffer from ptsd symptoms this book and a therapist can help you. This is a great book for people trying to heal from trauma. I highly recommend this book as she was a victim as well and talks to you from a victim to another victim stand point and not a therapist.
As a survivor of childhood trauma who has worked on this in past twenty years and read more than fifty books on subject this is first book that gave me hope.
This book is a great read. It is very detailed, and speaks to you. I find it very helpful tool to navigate through this thing called trauma.
Great buy, good product
I lived with verbal abuse and bullying and mental domestic violence for many years… When I first bought this book, I didn’t understand. I laid aside, and a traumatic second divorce, it is now helping me a lot!!!
