This is a good book and provides great information on how to discover yourself through shadow work. I really like that this book references Carl Jung’s work in Psychoanalysis. The book provides readers with methods and tips on how to conduct shadow work. This book would be a great for someone who has experienced some type of trauma, or for a Doctor or Scholar researching ways to help someone with mental health issues.
