Great book to go with therapy
Great workbook! It was both a great review on mindfulness as well as a new, unique way of presenting and connecting other information to mindfulness. Would recommend for any clinician teaching mindfulness/DBT to clients.
This book is a great, eay to read manual for therapist. It provides useful tools and skills to give to your clients. I didnt realize there was a such thing as mindful eating until i got this workbook. Definitely worth a look.
